This Privacy Policy describes how Fdgwm handles information connected with browsing ceramic mugs, ordering, payment status, delivery, returns, and customer support.
We separate product-preference detail from sensitive checkout credentials. A question about a mug normally needs the SKU and the capacity, profile, glaze, rim, handle, base, or package count being discussed—not a customer's employer, daily routine, beverage habits, household inventory, or unrelated kitchen photographs. Access is limited to the workflow that needs the record, and information is kept according to its transaction, delivery, support, security, or legal purpose.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information may include a name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, order contents, IP address, browser type, related device data, support correspondence, and payment information processed by the secure checkout provider. Voluntary support material can include a mug SKU, requested specification, or a focused photograph of a rim, handle, glaze, base, shipping carton, or complete two-piece set. A damage question does not require a photograph showing a customer's face, full kitchen, address labels unrelated to the parcel, identity documents, payment card, other possessions, or beverage consumption. Customers should crop reflections and background material before sending an image.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use Order Information to fulfill orders placed through the Site, arrange for shipping, process payments, provide invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with customers, handle returns and refunds, and screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
Device Information supports page reliability, checkout security, and browser-level troubleshooting; it does not provide access to files, photographs, microphones, contacts, or applications on the customer's device.

We use Shopify to power our online store. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. Financial Data Security
To protect personal information, we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Payment credentials submitted at checkout are transmitted to Shopify Payments through encrypted connections; our store does not directly receive or store complete card numbers or security codes.

Browser controls may limit optional storage, although disabling essential functions can interrupt checkout. Order data may be kept for accounting and disputes, shipment data for delivery review, and support correspondence for the relevant capacity, finish, breakage, return, or privacy request. Information no longer reasonably required is deleted, anonymized, or securely isolated according to the system involved.
Personal information may be processed or stored in United States and in other countries where Shopify, Shopify Payments, and our authorised service providers operate. Where required, we take reasonable measures to ensure that transferred personal information receives protection consistent with applicable data protection law.
